Time For Bed
It’s bed time. I need to wake up early for tomorrows long run. Here is a quick check in from today. I did a 6x3 workout. I wandered around my city kinda aimlessly. It worked out well. Times were decent but I felt a little slow. I was pretty consistently running at 6:41/mile pace on my efforts. Most of these were uphill for what it’s worth.
It was pizza Friday with the fam which is always a great time. Now it’s time for bed. I am so tired after a long week of work. Tomorrow’s run is a scheduled 22 miler. My most since my race back in March. I’m feeling pretty good about an easy run. I’m a little concerned because I am out of my Huma gels. I prepped some peanut butter, jelly and honey sandwiches along with some trail mix and some Lara bars. Fingers crossed.
