Windy, Hilly Workout. Fun.
Back to the workouts today. Another 6x3 max effort run. I’ve got these down to a science around my neighborhood now. I have them timed where my max efforts are on an uphill part which makes them that much tougher. That’s how you maximize a workout…..make the challenging part more challenging. It’s fun.
For whatever reason, it always seems to be windy on these workout days. That makes for an even tougher challenge. It’s all good though, I welcome it. I felt pretty good overall today. My heel is hurting a bit again which I am a little nervous about but other than that I’m feeling good. I think I am going to order some new shoes in hopes that its because I have so many miles on each pair right now. Fingers crossed.
