Day off from running. I worked all day. 5AM to 5PM then made some chicken tacos. They were good. I like tacos.
I got my adjusted….no race schedule from my coach today. I have some pretty gnarly long runs coming up. I think it is going to push me into 60 mile weeks here soon. I’m a little nervous but I’m also excited to push this journey to the next level. This week is now 24, next is 26 and then I have the ~28 miler from Umunhum to the Sea. Gnarly. Should be a good time though.
