Trip Cancelled

Another run cancelled in 2020. I am no longer going to the Bay Area tomorrow for the longer half of the “Idea” run. No worries though, that run will get done soon enough. The big one…the full “Idea” run will be accomplished this year.

I’ve just come up with something else to do tomorrow as a bit of torture for not making it to the Bay. Although I’m not going for good reason, I still feel guilty and in need of a bit of torture. I’ll leave what I am doing as a surprise for now. It’s probably the worst thing I’ve ever come up with and I’m excited.

Today had it’s own share of torture. It’s hot out this weekend. As you can see in the picture, temps are supposed to get up to 111°F in the next couple of days. That’s hot….so HOT! Silly me decided it was best to get my short 4 miler in during the peak of the heat today. It was bad…..but not too bad.
