Think Happy Thoughts
Getting back to some normal running weeks with some workouts. That is exciting. Tonight was an easy 8 miler. I was on the phone for the first 4 miles…..not sure how I’ve started talking on the phone while running. It’s kinda crazy.
The run felt good. I felt like I was running easy but the pace was in the high sevens….which is pretty fast for me on a longer run. Maybe I am getting faster?? I’m curious to see how the next 6 weeks go with my training and if I can truly get faster.
While I’ve been on the food kick lately I have to add that I made something new again tonight. Dinner was steak fried rice. It was good. That is all. Goodbye.
