This Bench Intrigues Me

Every time I run by this bench it peaks my interest. I run by it just about everyday. For the longest time I didn’t even know it existed because it was buried by weeds. It’s been out in the open for about 4 months or so now and I’ve never seen anybody sitting in it. Never even anybody around it. There is a house semi close by….it must be thiers. I want to sit in it at some point but honestly, it kinda creeps me out. Just some lonely bench in the backwoods.

Today was the start of my ease back for this weekends run. I was only supposed to go 6 miles. I ended up doing 6.75 and cut it off there….a little further away than I usually stop. It was hard to only go 6. I wanted to climb this hill just after the 3.5 mile mark so I did. That probably tacked on an additional 1/4 or 1/2 mile. Friday I’m only supposed to do 4. I think I can do it. I have a plan. It may be a bit over 4 but I will do my best to keep it close.
