Baked Nachos 4 Life

I am forever in debt to Courtney Dauwalter for showing me the way of the baked nacho. Second time tonight, second time I fell in love. Seriously amazing. If you have never baked nachos….do it. Now! Stop reading this. Go bake nachos, I’ll forgive you.

Easy 8 mile run today. Legs were hurting a bit from yesterday but the weather was perfect. Not too hot, not too cold and clouds in the sky. I think it was about 79°F which is ideal shirtless weather. It was a nice run and I felt pretty good towards the end. The lake had some beautiful light as the sun was going down and the clouds gave that incredible mood that I love over the lake. I am seriously so happy every time I get to that spot on the lake. One because I get to see the beauty and two I get to turn around and start heading back.

My creature exploration continues. Today a bunny came to visit. I had seen one previously but it was off in the bushes. Today I got to run with one for a bit. At first I thought it was just going to run off but it let me get crazy close. I was really surprised. I think it was trying to hold perfectly still so I wouldn’t see it but it was literally right in the middle of the trail. The bunny was cute and fast. I am happy it came to visit.

It’s a planned day off tomorrow. I may get a swim or a bike ride in depending on how I am feeling. We will see.
